Claude response: I don’t enforce an absolute cutoff, but can assess when content length is becoming excessive and make adjustments accordingly.
- Short blurbs or social media captions may be 100-250 words.
- Blog posts and basic articles often range from 500-1,500 words.
- In-depth guides and detailed content could be upwards of 2,000-3,000 words.
- But even then, brevity is key – 3,000 words should be a maximum, not a goal.

This means that your articles should be well-written and informative, and they should avoid keyword stuffing. For example, instead of using the same keyword over and over again, you could use synonyms and related keywords.
- Use keywords in your title, meta description, and throughout your article: Your title, meta description, and body content should all include your target keywords. This will help Google understand what your article is about and rank it for relevant searches. For example, your title could be “How to Market a Small Business in the UK: A Guide for Beginners”.
- Use images and videos in your blog articles: Images and videos can help to break up your text and make your articles more visually appealing. They can also help to improve your SEO performance by giving Google more content to index. For example, you could add an image of a business owner to your article about how to market a small business.
Craft compelling, punchy H2 headlines that reflect your company voice and purpose. Always think of what job titles you want to introduce yourself to.
One example is recruitment, this will either be a Hiring Manager or the Candidate. Make it very clear in your copy which audience you are trying to resonate with the most, either B2B or B2Candidate.
For eCommerce you’re speaking directly with consumers on a B2C level. Nuances like these should be clear.
